Double room available in Balham garden house

Hey!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home in Balham.

The house is located about 5 minutes from the tube, shops and pubs. The house is furnished and we have a south facing garden, however, a small catch is that the room will be unfurnished but the previous bed will be for sale.

The room is a downstairs bedroom and second biggest in the house.

Rent is £950 + £120 bills (this includes council tax, WiFi, gas & electric, water and additional money for house stuff such as washing up liquid etc).

We’re looking for someone sociable and looking to be friends with the people in the house. We’re a really close house and regularly have movie nights, trips to the pub and bbqs in the summer (chinese take away in the winter).

You have to earn over 33k to be able to pass references, If you think this might suit you give us a message and we can arrange some viewings.
