2 Professionals - one male, one female, looking for a 3rd flat mate (male or female) to share our 3 bedroom modern ground floor flat with a large private sunny rear garden featuring a fire pit and wooden deck, and a separate lounge, perfect for hanging out. We are very chilled in the flat, happy to have a glass of wine while watching Netflix in the lounge or hanging out in the garden but also happy to do our own things. The room is a double (4m x 3m) and is available from 28th April, although can offer a bit of flexibility on this.

We are a 10 minute walk from Balham tube station. 5 mins walk to Tooting Common. Parking is also available for those of you with a car. We are fairly social, but do love a bit of peace and quiet in the home.
