All the furniture in the room is mine, however you can have it for free as I am leaving the country very soon. It just means you'll have to sell it or take it with you when you leave. My flat mates make take some of the smaller stuff.
Rent is £930 p/month and bills come to about £100-120 depending on the season. Bills may increases as prices go up. Please note you will not be on lease at this stage, however your bond is stored securely with the landlord.
There are 4 others in the house - all super lovely. We socialize on weekends but are all young professionals so work throughout the week and are in and out of the house.
