Double room available in 4 bed house - Balham

Double room in a 4 bedroom house, 5-7 minutes walk from Balham tube station. Huge open plan kitchen and dining area, with separate living room and private garden at the back.

We’ve lived here for 4 years, but one of our housemates is now moving away so looking to fill his space in the house. We’re a group of 3 guys who’ve known each other for years, so the atmosphere in the house is very laid back. We alternate between wfh and going to the office, with all rooms large enough to have a desk giving flexibility there.

We’re looking for someone to join in October, so ideally want to move pretty quickly to confirm when we find the right person.
