Park view maisonette near to Balham station

I'm Max. I'm in search of a flatmate to join a friendly house share.

You will have my bedroom for the month while I am away.

If you work from home, both bedrooms have the flexibility to either work in your room or in the communal kitchen or living room areas of the house.

The house has a beautiful view overlooking the peaceful Tooting common: perfect for walks, workouts, and picnics in summer. Balham station is just a 12-minute walk away, offering excellent rail links to Victoria, Waterloo, Clapham Junction, and the Northern line.

The first floor accommodates the kitchen, living room, a shared bathroom and the two bedrooms on offer. My previous housemates had plenty of their own things around the communal areas too to add some personal touches and make the place truly feel like home. My room is nestled up a spiral staircase in the loft.

We’re really lucky to have a private garden directly accessible from the kitchen. It's the perfect spot for a morning coffee/yoga or join me for some gardening once it’s a little warmer! There's also road access along a back alleyway so you can store bikes and other outdoor gear.

As for me, I work in telecoms, am a passionate kayaker, and sing in a choir. I'm hoping to find housemates who enjoy cooking together, chatting about their day, and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere. I'm often out exploring or socialising during weekends and evenings, but I'm always up for sharing dinners and hosting get-togethers with friends if we're all in the mood.

Bills aren't included, but currently come to £150.37 per month per person, which includes a cleaner every 4 weeks.
