The flat has 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and shared living room and kitchen.
It’s a 2 min walking from Balham tube and train station. This flat is extremely well connected - 25 minute journey to London Bridge, 17 minutes to Victoria, 7 minutes to clapham junction, 9 minutes to Tooting. The area is very charming and convenient - 1 min from big supermarkets Sainsburys’, Aldi and Waitrose and local pubs/restaurants/bars. Crowd is young/young professionals/families. Flat is very new, never had any issues contacting the agency or getting responses when needed.

I’m currently living here, looking to replace my flatmate leaving mid July.
