Looking for a female professional to move into my spare room in my flat in Balham.

The room is a double room with lovely natural daylight which is furnished, with large fitted wardrobes with chest of draws, double bed, desk & chair.

The flat:
- less than 10 mins walk to Balham tube and train stations.
- short walk away from Wandsworth, Tooting and Clapham Commons
- Separate kitchen, large living space with great natural daylight

Rent is £950 pcm, security deposit is £950. Monthly bills are approx £130 which includes gas, electricity, water, internet, tv license and council tax. Deposit and one months rent is due before you move in.

About me: I’m 28 and work in the events industry. Primarily work in the office, with some WFH. Enjoy the usual things; seeing friends, keeping fit, cooking, the outdoors, travelling. Would be fab to find someone happy to chill around the flat and have fun with as well as enjoy doing their own thing. I own the flat and it’s my home so I would hope to find a flat mate who thinks of it in the same way and is clean and tidy. Looking for someone who works in the office at least 3 days a week, to move in early by early September.
