Loft double with lodger kitchen in Victorian house

We have a "lodgers' loft" with a double, single, bathroom and kitchenette to share. We are looking for a female to take the double room and to share the loft with our existing lodger, a friend who is female, 60's professional and with us odd weeks, M-F.
Balham is six mins walk away, with the tube/train station and restaurants there. Our house is on the top of Tooting Common in a residential street of Victorian terraced houses. We are a family of four, kids in primary school, with English and Spanish spoken. We are sociable and happy to chat to our lodgers though we are busy doing family stuff. Having a kitchen in the loft means our lodgers can stay upstairs and have their own space.
The room is a double, in the eaves, with room for a desk to work at and comfy chair plus space for your own TV. The loft kitchen is a galley kitchen with sink, microwave/oven and fridge. The loft has just been redecorated a year ago and was built 7 years ago so is comfortable and clean.
You are largely isolated from us in the loft though you can use our kitchen on request and stay the odd weekend on negotiation. We like to touch base with the lodgers and host for the occasional drink when everyone can manage.
