Rooms in Victorian House Mon-Fri (flex). Balham

We have a "lodgers' loft" with a double, a single, a bathroom and kitchenette to share in our family house.
We are looking for females to share a family home with reduced rent for Monday to Friday and with an option to do babysitting for reduced rent.
Location:
Balham is six mins walk away, with the tube/train station and restaurants there.
Our house is on the top of Tooting Common in a residential street of Victorian terraced houses.
Family:
We are a family of four, kids in primary school, with English and Spanish spoken.
We are sociable and happy to chat to our lodgers though we are busy.
Space:
Having a kitchen in the loft means our lodgers can stay upstairs and have their own space.
The rooms have a desk to work at and comfy chair and wardrobes.
The loft kitchen is a galley kitchen with sink, combo oven/air fryer, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The loft has just been redecorated a year ago and was built 8 years ago so is comfortable and clean and warm.
You are largely isolated from us in the loft though you can share our space on request and stay weekends on negotiation.
Social:
We like to touch base with the lodgers and host for the occasional drink when everyone can manage.
