Small Double in Balham

Hello! Our housemate is moving out and therefore sadly leaving us mid September so we are looking for someone to take his spot.

The house is in a great central Balham location, really close to lots of pubs (big up the Bedford) and restaurants, as well as being a short walk away from Wandsworth and Tooting Commons.

The house has a shared living room and large separate kitchen, which leads onto a great sized garden.

The room is a small double and comes furnished (bed, drawers, wardrobe). But there isn’t room for a desk so not really suitable for anyone working from home.

Rachel and I work together in property and are 31 and 27, and love a night out as much as staying in and cooking dinner together (I cook, she pours wine). My partner Gadd (30) also lives with us and is either found WFH, cooking for us or at the gym/football when he isn't at the pub.

We have a nice balance in the house of spending time together in the evenings and pub trips but also with separate groups of friends, so it would be great if we could continue this going forward!
