Large double room in friendly houseshare

Looking for a friendly professional female to join our lovely house share in Balham! Move in date will likely be the last weekend in September however high potential for the week before.

Unfortunately, we don't allow students or couples, and a female is preferred.

Great sized double bedroom with room for a desk if needed. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other person!! The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table & chest of drawers. The room gets a lot of natural light and also has a built in cupboard for extra storage. We also have a spacious kitchen, living room and garden! The house is in an amazing location, with access to restaurants, pubs, cafes, supermarkets and buses within a few minutes. Balham tube station is only a 10-minute walk and Clapham South tube station is a 15-minute walk. We also have Tooting, Clapham and Wandsworth Common on our doorstep 🤩

You’ll be sharing with Sammi (Kiwi), Darren (Irish) and Olivia (English) - all professionals in our early to mid 30s. We all work office hours with some days WFH, so looking for someone with a similar working schedule who will fit in with our lovely house share.

Bills come to around £140 a month each (give or take), which includes gas and electric, water, internet and council tax (Lambeth). The deposit is £692 (ad won't let us amend). We will also all be chipping into buy the living room TV from the flatmate who is leaving so there would be a one off payment of circa £30 also :)
