Large double en-suite room in female houseshare

Looking for a friendly & tidy professional female to join our lovely houseshare in Balham! The room will need to be taken over from 21 September.

Unfortunately, we don't allow students or couples.

Huge double bedroom with en-suite for an incredible price! The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. We also have a spacious kitchen, living room and garden! The house is in an amazing location, with access to restaurants, pubs, cafes, supermarkets and buses within a few minutes. Balham tube station is only a 10-minute walk and Clapham South tube station is a 15-minute walk. We also have Tooting, Clapham and Wandsworth Commons on our doorstep 🤩

You’ll be sharing with Lillie, Lydia and Olivia - all professionals in our 30s. We all work office hours Mon-Fri with one of us mostly WFH.

Bills come to around £140 a month each (give or take), which includes gas and electric, water, internet and council tax (Lambeth). The deposit is £692 (ad won't let us amend), which will need to be paid before moving in. Rent is paid one month in advance and is due on the 26th of each month.

The new housemate will also need to take over managing the council tax bill and internet bill once they move in. Bills are added to Splitwise each month and divided evenly between the housemates.
