The landlord is private and lives in Germany.

The bedroom comes with a bed, small desk and chair, two wardrobes and a shelves unit.
You're welcome to bring your own furniture as it is quite spacious.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from both Balham or Tooting Bec tube stations. It's also located near a lovely park, shops, pubs and supermarkets. The neighborhood is rather quiet and nice.

The kitchen is provided with cutlery, plates, kettle, small fridge and plenty of storage. Two tables and sofas.

I'm ideally looking for a girl in their late 20/ early 30 working professional tidy, clean and respectful of the spaces.
I need someone I can trust that helps me look after the flat and clean it/take out the trash (one week each).
References will be asked priorior moving.

My flatmate will need to set up an account with Octopus and provide proof of payment as well.

Okay, now that we're done with the technicalities a bit more about me: my name is Martina, I moved to London eight years ago from Italy, been working as a nanny ever since but I'm looking for a change of career this year.
I'm very tidy and organised and I like to relax when I get home in the evening, so I would say that it's not a party house. But from time to time I enjoy going to the pub, musicals, gigs or comedy shows on the weekend.

I'm looking for someone able to move in around the 18th of October.
