Set in the streets of Balham, adjacent to Clapham South in South-West London, the house is a 5 minute walk to Balham high street where we have heaps of lovely restaurants and cafes, 4x grocery stores and access to both the underground (Northern Line) and the national rail (direct services to Victoria).

The room also feautures an en-suite with shower. the flat itself has a beautiful full-sized kitchen, complete with a washing machine. a communal lounge room on the 1st floor with large HD tv. The top floor, adjacent to the bedroom has a sunny rooftop terrace complete with a large lounge, table and fire pit.

Rent is 1250 per month with bills working out to around 90 per month on top.

You’ll be sharing with 3x other lovely housemates between 27 and 38, 2 of them are Australians and one is English. We all work in healthcare except one who is in education. Super lovely household.
