We're taking viewings for an easy-going and friendly person to move into a lovely double room in a homely, comfortable, very spacious and friendly flatshare overlooking a garden area.
The room is available from Saturday 10th January 2026 for currently for 6 months. However, there may be the possibility of an extension. We will also consider shorter lets than this.
The flatshare will be with two other easy going and friendly people.

If you don't know Balham, it is has been voted by The Sunday Times as one of the best places to live in London!
This is probably because it is a very safe and nice area and a very desirable area of London. Balham has a village feeling and has a warm and friendly vibe is just 20 minutes from Central London.

The flat is exceptionally well located and it is about a 10 minute walk to Clapham South Tube station (Zone 2) and about
a 5 minute walk to Balham underground (Northern Line - Zone 3) / British Rail overland (15 mins to Victoria).
It comprises the upper two floors of a Victorian house and is on one of Balham's most desirable streets on the Zone 2/3 border.
It is also less than a 5 minute walk from the N155 night bus route from central London.
The flat is secure and is just a two minute walk from Balham High Road, so is good for someone who wants to feel safe walking home late at night from work/pub etc.
