Spacious Stunning Victorian house-share in Balham

One spacious double bedroom available in a gorgeous large house close to the center of Balham as our fab housemate Liv is moving in with her boyfriend💔

Four lovely female housemates aged 30-32 with full time jobs, looking for a sociable, easy-going and clean housemate who will slot right in. Most evenings you can find us watching tv in the living room, at the gym, eating dinner together over a glass of wine or out and about with friends!

Melisa - 30 doctor, her hairs so big because it’s full of (NHS) secrets
Phoebe - 31 works in tech, also works the sesh as a DJ
Emily - 32 consulting (whatever that is), claims to be vegan but we’ve seen her eat meat
Gemma - 30, works in fashion and just moved in very recently!

Transport links are excellent. Balham tube and train station is less than a 5 minute walk from the house, which gets you onto the Northern line or loads of trains to Clapham Junction/Victoria etc.

Balham high street is also very close with loads of bars and restaurants, 3 supermarkets, and gym round the corner and the green space of Wandsworth common only a short walk away.

- huge eat in kitchen with modern appliances (incl. a wine fridge!)
- good sized garden with bbq and outdoor furniture
- living room with a big sofa and TV
- modern bathroom with shower and bath

All bills etc. are all set up so it's really just a case of moving in!

Bills - £120 currently including bi-weekly cleaner
The room is available from 21st march and comes unfurnished (although current furniture available to purchase).
