BALHAM Country classic home in quiet street

Sunny first floor double bedroom overlooking the south facing garden.

There are two wardrobes one with two large drawers at the bottom and the other with a top shelf inside. There are four drawers under the bed around its base.
There is an open shelf unit and many collapsible storage cubes that can be arranged wherever best in the room.

Also a desk with chair and an armchair available.

The large bathroom is down a few steps from this room on a half landing.
There is a strong shower over the bath and a bidet, basin and loo. In the room is the washing machine and ironing facilities.

Downstairs is the shared sitting room with an open fireplace and a good piano.

There is a downstairs loo with basin.

Finally the kitchen with seating for six comfortably, gas cooker with two ovens, microwave, two fridges with freezer drawers and cupboard space for groceries.
There is a stable door and windows that make the kitchen a light space.

The garden is a lovely place to relax in especially over the summer.

I am looking for a cheerful and friendly person with their own interests and lives who enjoy a quiet environment to relax.

Living here my expectations are that there will be honest communication and hopefully people with a sense of humour who enjoys laughing. I believe it is good to be an optimist.
