Featuring a double-sized Ottoman bed with two large built-in wardrobes providing extensive storage. There’s room for a WFH set up too (desk can be provided if needed).
Shared bathroom with just one other (female)
The House:
- Our home is a three-year-old new build with an open-plan kitchen and living area
- 500mb WiFi speed
- A spacious garden that receives fantastic sunlight during the summer
About Balham:
- Just a 2-minute walk to supermarkets including Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, and Aldi.
- Around 10 coffee shops within a 3-minute stroll
- Near Wandsworth and Tooting Common, 15min stroll to Northcote Road
- Located in a private gated mews with key codes on both entrances
About Us:
We’re both professionals who value a relaxed and friendly home environment. We’re easy-going and enjoy socialising. We respect personal space and are looking for someone who shares a similar mindset.
Rent Details:
All-Inclusive: £1,250 per month, covering all bills.
A cleaner visits once every three weeks to keep communal areas spotless (not included but costs £20pp)
