Bright & Spacious Double Room in a Victorian House

We have a very large, bright and spacious double room available in a newly refurbished Victorian house. The room is newly decorated and has two fitted wardrobes, bookshelves on either side, a study/work desk and an ergonomic computer chair. It also has a large king sized bed and comes with a TV and a couple of tub chairs to entertain in your room.

The house has five bedrooms in total, three bathrooms, a modern kitchen and dining, and a separate living room. There is also a small garden at the back .

The house is 7 minutes walk from Balham station (Northern line) and Wandsworth Common station (National Rail) and is close to the high street, Wandsworth common and Bellvue Road which has a villagey feel to it .

We are a mixed household in our late 20s to early 40s. We are a friendly and social bunch who get together at times but also have our own busy professional lives. We are ideally looking for similar professionals with a settled outlook, respectful of others and who like to keep the place clean and quiet. This is a LGBT friendly place. This is a smoke free and pet free home.

You will have to pay a 4 week deposit and a weeks rent in advance and on-going. Bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband, council tax. and cleaner) are extra and roughly 100 - 120 a month.
