ABOUT THE FLAT
I'm looking for someone to take my second bedroom in my flat in Balham. It's in a prime location, an 8 minute walk from Balham tube (Northern line) and train station (1 stop to Clapham Junction).
Balham is a lovely area with lots of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance., surrounded by three commons, Wandsworth, Tooting, and Clapham.
The room is available from early December. It will be furnished with the basic necessities (bed, wardrobe) and I'm open to discussing adding any additional items needed (bedside table, chest of drawers... etc as required).
There is a good size bathroom, seperate toilet, large comfortable living room and newly rennovated kitchen.
There is a shared garden to the rear (shared with 3 other flats) which is great for hanging washing up, relaxing in the summer or having BBQs.
TENANCY
As I am the owner-resident I am open to discussing different contract lengths or requirements.
Rent: £900 pcm
Bills: Circa £150 pcm
(includes council tax (Band C), gas, electric, water, grounds service charge, TV licence, cleaner once a month, and basic household supplies).
Deposit: £900

I’m a busy, friendly professional, that's looking for a clean housemate who I can also get along with. I'm a project manager for a design studio, normally WFH 2-3 days a week and in the Camden office 2 days a week. I’m sociable, pub visits and sport etc. and keep pretty busy with friends, holidays and work trips.
In particular I'm a keen hockey player, getting back into my running and love a ski trip when I can squeeze one in. If you WFH at all that also wouldn't be a problem but preferably not 5 days a week.

I always WFH on Mondays and Fridays so happy to arrange viewings then or around that when I can.
