Two bedroom, two bathroom first floor flat with living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace. One other flat in same building (ground floor) owned by young professional couple.

**Location**
Located within 10 mins walk from both Clapham South (Northern line) and Balham (Northern line + Rail) stations.

Clapham Common is a short walk away, and Wandsworth Common is also nearby.

Lots of restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes, as well as plenty of supermarkets - Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, M&S, Aldi, Coop are all within 10 mins walk.

**Flat mate**
You will be sharing with my lovely flat mate. 36 yo female professional. Easy going, tidy and friendly.

She may be away for a few days each week during December.
