Hi, I'm looking for someone to replace me in our lovely 3 bed flat in Balham!

Here are at the details:
Rent: £700 bills not included
Furnished room in 3 bed one bath flat
Move in date: end of June

Joining Shaian and Monika (who are amazing flatmates!!!)

👀 What we are looking for:
- We are looking for a super clean, quiet and respectful flatmate as Monika and Shai both work shifts and we love a tidy flat ✨
- 26 + women preferred
- There's no much desk space in the room, so ideally not working from home every day
- Experience living with people before
- we are a sociable house who get on and like to chat/ watch TV together in the evenings but also like our own space when needed, so someone who could fit in well with that kind of lifestyle
- LGBTQ+ friendly!!

🪑 There is a large, fully furnished living room, a small dining area and a spacious kitchen with an oven, washing machine, dishwasher and induction hob.

🚆 Less than a ten-minute walk to the station. Well connected. Underground and overground.

🚶 We are a few minutes walk from Tooting Common if you appreciate green spaces and a longer walk away to Wandsworth and Clapham Common.
