Double in Balham with garden and legends

Apologies now reading anymore messages for now!

A bittersweet, I will be moving out at the end of September to move in with my partner so we have a room available in our three bed flat in Balham. Two bathrooms, seperate living room, kitchen (with wine fridge) and garden.

Available from the 30th September,
bills do vary but around the £120 mark which includes a cleaner alternate weeks and some pennies for the house pot for loo rolls cleaning products house wine etc.

You’ll be living with Harriet, 29, civil servant, works from home two days a week. She’s a social wee bunny loves Pilates, spinning etc, she’s also a mean baker and I regularly hound her for brownies.

Then theres Rachel, 29 from Norwich, she works for a university in the student exchange department and is constantly zipping away on ‘work trips’ and holidays which we aren’t in the least bit jealous of….. Rachel also loves a Spin class (sense a theme here) and running, she’s also weirdly fond of popcorn and munches through a pack most evenings leaving the flat smelling delicious!

We do have our own busy lives but also want someone who is keen to make it a home, always up for movie and vino or a hot choccy.

We will be doing viewing 12-14th August, a wee bit away but good to be organised.

Also please note it is available from the 30th September and we are ideally looking for someone late 20s to early 30s!
