Balham Social House

Hey everyone, we are looking for an easy going housemate to join our social share house in Balham! Move in date is asap but can be flexible.

The room:
- Giant double room with space for a desk to WFH, couch and TV. Included in the room:
- Super king size double bed
- Chest of drawers and shelving
- Huge wardrobe with mirrors and lots of storage!
- Huge double window with lots of natural light (and shutters too)

The house:
- 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a really cute street, just off Wandsworth Common
- You’d only be sharing a bathroom with only one other person
- Huge living room that gets lots of sun!
- Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
- Garden with a deck, perfect for summer drinks
- Council tax Wandsworth area so cheap!!

Location:
- 2 minute walk to Wandsworth Common station (12 min train to Victoria)
- 8 minute walk to Balham (northern line)
- Buses right outside that take you to Clapham Junction
- 5 min walk to lots of shops, pubs and cafes (The regent is our favourite)

Housemates:
- All 25/26, all have 9-5s
- Mixed between WFH and office based
- We are a sociable house that love a pub trip, hosting pres, and going out. But during the week are busy with work so looking for someone with a similar vibe!

Ideal housemate:
- Aged mid twenties female or male (no students or couples sorry!)
- Like most house shares, we would like someone to move in and become a friend, not just a tenant

Rent, Bills & Deposit:
- Rent is £1,300 a month, bills are around £60
- Bills includes gas, electric, water, electricity, council tax, wifi
- Deposit is £1,500 as this is a lease takeover that runs until end of 2026 but you can move anytime with a £50 name change
