Capital Living Services:
The prices you see advertised are inclusive of everything From your household bills to your council tax and wifi - it’s all covered. This means that you don’t have to spend your time splitting the costs with your housemates.

Cleaners attend our properties to clean the communal areas of the house.
We reimburse you as a house £30 per month for any household items bought (like kitchen roll, loo roll, handwash etc!)

We have an online problem reporting system to make logging maintenance issues as easy as possible, as well as making the turn around time for getting these issues fixed as quick as possible.

Housemates + The Capital Living community:
Wherever possible we aim to keep the genders in our houses mixed so that we don’t have guys/girls only houses.
The age range for our houses is between 20-39, we’ll let you know the age range in the houses you're interested in so that you can judge whether or not it would be a good match for you.

All of our members are in full time employment, so you can be comfortable in the knowledge that you’ll be sharing with professionals only.
