The location is great, on a quiet residential street with Balham high street nearby offering multiple local coffee shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. There’s also Tooting common which is a 10 min walk from the flat - beautiful and great for picnics in the summer!
The room: it is a loft room, so spacious, loads of natural light. The room has great built in storage with two big wardrobes. All furniture pictured in the photo will be staying apart from the desk chair, mirror and the TV.
