I've lived here for 3.5 years and couldn't recommend it more! The house is right next to tooting common and a 8-10 minute walk to Balham station (overground & underground), Aldi, Lidl, Sainsburys, AND M&S. The garden is quite big and a game changer in summer!!
The two girls staying on in the house, Ciara and Flora, are my best pals and a dream to live with! They are both teachers who like a relaxed and comfy home but are also up for a glass of wine or a night out!
There is another room currently up for rent in the house at the moment too.
Room is available from 4th May weekend and the rent would be your responsibility from May onwards. Room comes with bed, mattress and wardrobe, but happy to leave desk and white shelving block behind too if you'd like them!
