1 room available in beautiful house in Balham!

Hello!

We are 3 friends looking for a new flatmate in our amazing house. We work in science, design and accounting and have created a lot of nice memories in this house together. We love cooking, watching movies, having nice chats and just chilling out.

We have one small bedroom available starting from 26th October 2025 for a minimum of 12 months rent.

The bedroom comes with a bed, a table, a wardrobe and a shelf and a window facing our beautiful garden.

The house is big and fully equipped, and has one big living room with a lovely view of the garden that has pear and rose trees. The living has an integrated kitchen will all amenities you can wish for. So if you want a comfortable place and a little private spot of nature in London, this might be the place for you.

The house also comes with two toilets and even an extra living room (aka cinema room) that has a fireplace.

The area is safe, with lot of families and children living here, but also full of cafes, shops, farmers market, dinner spots and nice pubs to spend a nice day and fun evening. Very close to the Northern line and trains are available from Balham station.
