The room shares a bathroom with 2 others on the middle floor too. Current housemates are great - really easy going and a mix of male/female “working professionals”!

Cost is approx £900 each incl bills.
Location is about 12/15 mins walk from Balham & Clapham South stations.
Brixton is also 12 mins on the bus with bus stop over the road.

Private landlord - really friendly and easy to deal with. Has been on hand whenever we need him to sort any problems.
