The house also has a cosy living room with kitchen, bathroom and downstairs storage.
Location wise it’s pretty much perfect with a 10 minute walk to Balham and a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth common station, where you can then go to Clapham junction in less than 5 minutes. Lots of pubs, shops and outside areas to explore so is an ideal location.

In total there are 3 other flatmates who are in their late 20’s and Mid 30’s who are easy going and enjoy chats who also have their own lives. Rent is £650 but bills are around £150 per month so total is pretty much £800pm.
