Double room in friendly shared flat

Looking for a social, professional woman to join our 3 bed flat share!

The flat is really spacious with a large living room and separate kitchen/breakfast room. At the back of the flat there is a large shared garden maintained by the building management.
The room available is a good sized double which includes a wardrobe and double bed with inbuilt drawers underneath so plenty of storage!

You’ll be sharing with two other friendly girls in their 30s. Soph is in PR and Steph works in accounting. Both do a mix of working in the office and working from home so ideally looking for someone who isn’t working from home full time.

There is a great mix of being able to hang out as mates but also having your own space when needed. I’ve loved spending my evenings hanging out after work, chilling and catching up with latest Netflix dramas in the evenings! This is definitely for someone who is looking for a home rather than just a flat-share!

The flat is located in Balham, less than a 10 minute walk to the station and the high street. Lots of nice pubs, cafes and shops nearby!

Bills work out at around £100 per month. Each tenant takes responsibility for 1-2 bills and we use Splitwise to make setting up easy. We also get a cleaner between us every couple of weeks which is not very expensive but means there are no disagreements or cleaning rotas!!

The room is available from 8th June.
