Small Double Room in Balham (females only)

A small double room in Balham will be available from the 16th July onwards as I’m moving out.

Ideally we are looking for a girl as you will be living with 3 girls aged between 24-30 and all work in central London.

The room is small but good value for the area, it comes with a wardrobe and chest of draws plus some storage space under the bed.

The house has a nice shared living room, shared kitchen and a garden for use in the summer.

Rent: £800 per month plus bills which is £125 and that includes everything.
Deposit: £700

The housemates are chilled, like to run/exercise and socialise but respect personal space! Ideally someone similar would be perfect.
