Sadly leaving my flat in Balham after almost 3 years.

It’s an amazing location in centre of Balham, shops and cafes literally on the doorstep.

You’ll have three lovely flatmates who all met through Spareroom and looking for a girl in their late 20s/early 30s that’s clean, friendly and generally easy to live with. It’s a very spacious flat for four people and the rent is unbeatable for these days rates, as well as the landlady being very responsive and helpful.

The video of the room is old but has similar furnishings.

Months rent is £825 ex bills, and move in date is early May, likely by the 9th tbc.
