3 double rooms in Clapham Sout/Balham house share

Hey guys, my housemates are sadly moving out to move in with girlfriends etc so I'm looking for 1 new housemate to take on the double room available in this clapham south/balham houseshare.

About the room

- One room is smaller however my housemate still has space for a TV and a desk, as well as storeage although feel free to work downstairs in the lounge or office if you're not remote

- We currently have a split of paying 25 extra for the big rooms with the small room paying 775 however can discuss that closer to finalising

Flat:
Very big house with big living area and huge garden, perfect for bbq's and having friends round in the summer
Deposit: 980 (5 weeks) + one months rent
Bills: c.100-130 + 50 tenancy change. We're also in the cheapest council tax band.`

Outgoing and easy going 27y/o guy with my own social circle in London. My time is split between being out and about with friends at gym or if it's closer to the weekend, the classic pub/bar/event spots. But also at home chilling when I need down time,

Keen to live with people who want to make new mates but also aren't afraid to do their own thing. Also want someone clean but hopefully everyone is at this age lol.
