You’ll be sharing with 2 friendly housemates - Joanne (Irish) and Sarah (Kiwi) - female and young professionals in our early-mid 30’s and are looking for someone similar to join. We get on really well and looking for someone that’s easy going, tidy and sociable to join.

We are looking for the prospective tenant to sign the lease for 8th Feb move in date with 6 months minimum on the contract, no required end date (lease renews in August).

Room Details
Very spacious room that comes with a king size bed, huge built in double wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. Plenty of room for additional furnishings.

House Details
• 3 bedroom house with spacious living room and a separate kitchen/dining room with a very large kitchen
• The house is set across 3 floors with each bedroom on a separate floor. There’s plenty of space so no one is on top of each other.
• There is also a lovely private garden (with BBQ) which catches the sun during the summer.
• Large bathroom that will be shared with one other housemate.
• TV, separate washing machine and dryer, dishwasher.
• Lots of storage in eaves of the house, plenty of room for spare furniture/ winter clothes / suitcases etc.
• Parking is available on street parking and permit through the council
• The house also has great transport links - 5 minutes to Clapham South Station and 10 mins to Balham station.
