Our housemate is moving out but we are very keen to keep this place as it’s as good as you’re going to get on the market for this price. The bedroom is a decent size (3.46 by 3.17 metres) and has a walk in wardrobe for storage. You will be sharing with me and my housemate who are friends from school and both work in the city.
