I am renting a double room in my house on Balham Grove. £1250 p/m bills included. 2 month max stay with option to renew. Large kitchen and communal living area with beautiful private garden. 5 min walk from Balham tube station and 7 min walk from Clapham South.

I am a 25 year old professional from Scotland working in the city 4/5 days a week. I am very clean and tidy, and love having an evening in drinking wine and watching Netflix, or equally exploring the lovely restaurants in the area. I love attending the odd Pilates class, going out for brunch and spending time outside in the garden or walking/running around the common. Looking for a fun, easy going flatmate to become good friends with.
