Single bedroom in friendly Balham house share

One of our housemates is moving in with her boyfriend so we’re currently on the look out for an easy going, sociable housemate to move in. The room is a furnished single bedroom in a large 3 storey, 5 bedroom house in Balham. Looking for a girl just to keep the balance in the house.

The house is an 8 minute walk from Balham station and is near a large Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Waitrose and loads of nice pubs & restaurants. Tooting Common is a 5 minute walk away.

The house is kept really well and there is a large kitchen and a big, bright living room. There is also a garden with a patio area, BBQ and a shed for storing bikes if needed. And also two ice baths if that’s your thing.

The housemates are two girls (27, 29) and three guys (29,32,34) all professionals working normal 9-5 hours.

We all have our own friends but also make time to hang out together whether it’s chilling in the house, going to the pub or heading out. There is usually someone around to chat to & watch tv with after work and its a really relaxed, sociable environment.

There is a large TV in the living room, SKY including Sky sports, broadband, 2 fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks. Bills come to around £100 a month.

There is on-street parking which would require a resident's permit from Lambeth council.

The room is available from 7th July but we can be fairly flexible with the move in date. We are looking to do some viewings as soon as possible so please get in touch!
