2 rooms in lovely female flat

Hi!

The two girls I live with are sadly moving out of our lovely flat located between Clapham South and Balham. That means we have two great rooms available from the 1st August
- 1 x double at £750 pcm (security deposit £865)
- 1 x double at £850 pcm (security deposit £980)

Both are spacious double rooms with built in wardrobes and storage. The rooms come with the bed, mattress, side table and drawers. Desks and chairs are not included.

Rent excludes bills which come to around £130pp extra per month.

The flat has a nice lounge, modern kitchen and we have a small balcony too to enjoy summer while it lasts!

The flat is in between Clapham South and Balham tube stations (both <15 min walk). There's multiple bus routes, the 255 is 2 mins away, other buses around 5 min walk towards Clapham North/Stockwell/Brixton. It's ex-social housing and the area feels incredibly safe. It's a 15 min walk to Clapham common and <10 mins to Tooting common.

The girls and I have always enjoyed a mix of doing our own things as well as some nights in together and the occasional flat drinks/ pub quiz so it would be great to continue this with new flatmates. We like to keep the flat tidy, each taking turns to clean the flat weekly (So you'll clean the flat one in every three weeks).

I’m 29, working as an occupational therapist with the NHS. Originally from Australia (have been in London just over a year). I’m looking for 2 likeminded girls in their late 20s/ early 30s who are chilled and will treat the flat like a home. The ideal would be for the flat to remain as a relaxing place to unwind with a glass of wine and binge-watching Netflix!
