👋 A live in landlord looking for someone to stay at the property either full-time or on a part-time basis (e. g. Mon-Fri)

📍 The flat is located between Balham and Clapham South Station.

🗺️ Balham is ~6-7 minute walk, and Clapham South is ~8 minutes walk. It's probably better to walk to Balham as there's usually more space than Clapham South in the peak time. Balham also has links to Clapham Junction and Victoria.

🛍️ There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Aldi are all super close to the flat.
🌳 Clapham Common and Tooting Common are also within walking distance.

🛏️ The room comes with
- double bed
- wardrobe and drawers
- a desk and chair

🤗 While staying here, you can use the living space + balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The cost includes the price of all bills including wifi and TV. There is parking nearby if it's needed (it costs around 9-10 a day). I have a cleaner twice a month.

🍳 I don't have loads of storage space (there's space under the bed and a couple of small cupboards in the hallway), but you're welcome to use my kitchen amenities (e. g. airfryer) and dinnerware. Ideal if you don't own a lot - you can use mine no problem.

📅 The room is available from 5th of Feb 2026. I'd prefer someone who needs a place for a minimum of 2 months, and I am of course open for longer-stay tenancies. I'm also open to requests for staying less number of days each week. The price will be adjusted based on duration.

💁🏻‍♀️ I am in my 30s, and work in tech. I mostly work from home, but my work week looks different every week, as I have some weeks where I need to be in 2-3 days. I’m also out of the flat a fair amount due to seeing my partner, friends, holidays, or for my hobbies.

🤍 My flat is great for those seeking a quiet home, or who only want to share with one person. I occasionally have guests over, and I’m fine with a tenant doing the same as long as it’s not loud after 10pm. My flat is not a party flat, and I’m not always around to socialise, especially as work has become very busy recently, but I try to socialise when I can.

🔎 I prefer to have someone move in before March 21 as I am away for 3 weeks on holiday. It would be great to know more about you, your living style, and what your must-haves are for a room to ensure we're both on the same page! 😊

🐱 NOTE: I own a cat, so you must like cats. She is very friendly and loves being around people.
