I’ve spent the last 12 months refurbishing the flat and have only just moved in myself. I have previously rented in Balham so know the area well. It’s a fantastic place to live with everything you could need within walking distance!

I’m a relaxed clean easy-going person. My preference for a new flatmate would be similar. If you’re up for the occasional midweek pub quiz then great! If you’d rather keep to yourself that is also fine :)

Flat is on the 3rd floor, no lift (good exercise!)

Bedroom includes wardrobe, shoe cabinet, chest of drawers, tv and a small desk to wfh.

Separate living room with sofa and dining table.

Shower room and kitchen are small but functional. Kitchen includes the usual appliances including slimline dishwasher.
The entire flat is approximately 55m2 to give you an idea of size.

Open to any length of let and will consider a Monday to Friday at a slightly reduced rate.

Sorry no pets allowed under lease.

All bills included. 500mb ultrafast plus sky broadband.
