Having recently taken the leap and become a homeowner, I am looking for a new flatmate to share this wonderful new space with me. The contract would be a year with a 6 month break clause if needed.

The property is incredibly well situated, just over 5 mins to Balham station. It is a short walk to a big Sainsbury's, Aldi and Waitrose.

The flat itself has only recently been renovated and has a stunning shared terrace at the back of the property.

I am a working professional in the city, with a job that keeps me on my toes involving frequent travel abroad. I am looking for a like minded flatmate who is social and wants to go out for occasional drink, but is also is tidy and respectful.
