We have a large spacious double room with ensuite available to rent in our split level flat seconds away from Balham High Road.

The room is light with three large windows and great storage space. The private ensuite is a great addition complete with shower, basin and toilet. There is a good sized shared living space and kitchen and the flat is in a great location, nestled between the green spaces of Clapham, Wandsworth and Tooting Commons.

There are an array of amenities on your doorstep including Waitrose, Balham Bowls Club and Balham station is only a 3 minute walk away.

The rent covers the cost of all bills including a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

I’ve lived here for the 3 and a bit years and absolutely loved it. Chris and Adam (current flatmates) are very easy going and great to live with. Chris is a civil servant with a mix of office and home working, and Adam is a journalist mainly working in the office.
