The flat is 12 min walk from balham tube and train station or 10 mins from Streathem Hill train station and about 1 min walk onto beautiful tooing common.

The common has the newly refurbished lido, tennis courts, cricket/football pitch, athletics club and plenty of space for relaxing on.

There is an artisan coffee/deli, convience store about a minute away as well with a sainsbury local 5 mins or a big sainsbury and aldi by balham station.

You'd be living with the wonderful Shannon: 30, graphic designer, wfh, loves all things dogs, wine and South Africa rugby team.

And the wonderful Sonya: 29, civil cervant, wfh, loves gigs, book club, pottery making and the gym.

Both myself and the other housemate are leaving for new jobs outside of London.

References are required via the landlady (Sue - no agents thankfully) for a quick check at no cost to you - must be employed or have a guarantor.

The current rental arrangment has a break clause at the start of September - with the other two flatmates there is a strong possibilty of leaving then... otherwise the contract runs until the start of November but you may be able to extend this with discussion with the land lady (hence the 1 month min - 3 month max).
