It’s a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat on a quiet, residential street that’s a 7 min walk away from Balham station.
It’s a super nice, safe area with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Tooting, Clapham and Wandsworth common all within walking distance.
Rent is £2000 for the whole time which includes all bills including wifi.
I’m a full time working professional WFH 1-2 days a week. My room doesn’t fit a desk so I do use the living room to work on these days. I love going for coffee and brunch on the weekends and watching TV/movies of a night time.
