I have a lovely and bright double room coming available mid August (16th) as I am moving out at the end of our lease.
About the room:
The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.
About the flat:
The flat is a 4 bed, 2 bathroom flat spread over the first and second floors. The flat is a five minute walk from Balham overground and tube station (northern line). There are loads of restaurants, pubs and cafes close by, as well as an Aldi, Sainsbury and Waitrose within minutes of each other.
At the moment, bills come to around £70 each depending on the time of year.
About the other flatmates:
The others are 3 professional women aged between 24 and 27. They are all very lovely, friendly and easy to get on with. We like to have our space, but also like to go out for a drink or watch a movie in the living room!
