Hi, I am subletting my room for 1 month (31st July - 30th August) as I am off to find myself on holiday. Unfortunately I can’t be flexible on the dates advertised.

It is a furnished double room in a lovely house with a big garden. Plus the house is only a 2 minute walk from Balham station where you can easily access the northern line and the overground.
