I'm Gianni, Italian 🇮🇹, professional , I’m working as a vending engineer, I am currently looking for a professional, clean and quite flatmate to share my spacious two-bedroom apartment with Beautiful garden located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in (Balham area sw12)

I take pride in maintaining a clean and organized living space, so I am looking for someone who shares the same values. I believe in open communication and mutual respect, creating a comfortable and harmonious living environment for both of us.

Sometimes ,and I say sometimes (not always) I enjoy socializing and having friends over for dinner or cheeky BBQ. I'm always up for a good conversation and can be quite sociable, but I also understand and respect personal boundaries and I love to give each other space and having moments of relax

I have a friendly and well-behaved cat named Casper who loves cuddles and is great company. If you're an animal lover, you'll definitely enjoy his presence.
P. s to be an animal lover is important as I’m doing dog sitting also time to time 😉

Staying active is important to me, so I frequently visit the gym and participate in various outdoor activities. If you're into fitness or interested in leading a healthy lifestyle, we could motivate and support each other in achieving our goals.

The apartment is fully furnished with a huge beautiful garden , and the available bedroom is spacious with ample natural light. It also has a chestnut wardrobe for your convenience. We will share the common areas, including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, cafes, and parks. It's a safe and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
