A lovely large en suite room available for a professional *female* available from 1st September. Current flatmate is moving in with her partner and has been here almost 2 years.
The room is fully furnished (king sized bed) and has a patio door straight onto the garden. The flat is 5 mins walk into the middle of Balham and buses a 2 minute walk away to Tooting or Clapham. There is a secure car park. The street is quiet and very safe. Bills are not included but are reasonable as the flat is in the Wandsworth council tax area and is double glazed. There is a deposit, exact amount tbc.
I am hoping to find a friendly considerate flatmate, non smoker, clean and tidy. I rarely work from home and often out and about but also like to chill in the flat and watch TV and cook.
Shared living/kitchen/dining space with everything you would need. Its really important to me for the new flatmate to be happy here.
