Hey! We’re looking for a friendly, easy going flatmate to replace me in a decent size double room as I'm moving out mid August. Room is available from 17th August 2024.
Looking for a young professional in their 20s to join, preferably a male to keep the balance but still open to all!
The house has a private garden (which does need some tlc) and is a couple mins from the Common, 7mins from Clapham South tube (13 minutes to Balham overground station). 2x toilets (one with shower/bath), kitchen, food pantry room, big living room, garden. Lots of shops, pubs and cafes nearby, while Lysias Road is a friendly residential street. The current tenants are Gee, Zoe and Will (details below).
Rent is £800 per month (excluding bills). Bills come to £99.21 a month ( on average ). Deposit: £650
Room mate details below with their job and how long they’ve been at the property:
Zoe: Lawyer | over 3 yrs at Lysias Rd
Will: Sales | 1 month at Lysias Rd
Gee: Human Resources | 1 yrs at Lysias Rd
