We have secured this beaut of a house w/lovely south-facing garden and bike storage in Tooting Broadway. This lovely en-suite loft room with French windows, sky-light and ample storage is up for grabs. It's a really lovely place with 2x living spaces and a garden. It's on Selkirk Rd and only 7-minutes walk to Tooting Broadway Station - Selkirk Rd.

Please note deposit is 5x weeks rent and the first months rent will need to be paid a few days before move-in.

We’re 2x girls and 1x guy currently on the search for a fourth housemate to join our quest for new place to call home:

We currently live in a Balham and are ideally looking to stay in the SW area however with the current rental market, it’s always possible our search might widen! We’ve got to be out of our current house by the first week of September, so we’re being very proactive and want someone who’s also ready to sign on the line when the right place comes up.

We’re looking for another male to keep the gender balance and replace our current housemate who is deserting us (...off travelling, we’re very jealous).

We all met through SpareRoom last year been living together Balham since. We’ve all become good friends and are a sociable house and who enjoy the occasional pub-trip, movie night or watching sport together. However, we also leave space for each other’s down-time and move in our own circles. Basically, we don’t want someone who’s going to live like a lodger! We like to think we’ve cracked the balance of laidback-yet-tidy, so we’re keen for someone else who is clean and wants to make the place feel like a home*.
