Hi, we are Jack (25, Producer) and Zahra (26, Finance Analyst). We are looking for a 3rd person to fill a vacant room we have in our flat in Balham from the beginning of September!
The flat includes an open plan living room and kitchen space, upstairs roof terrace, 65” TV with everything you need, WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
The double room is £975pcm (Bills between £75-£100 all in).
We are looking for someone who is between 24 to 29 years-old (Male or Female) to come and form the perfect trio! We are looking for someone with a bubbly personality who will be a great addition to the flat. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy, who respects the flat, but is also up for a bit of fun on the weekend too!
